Twitch has recently allowed Amazon's Gen AI models to train on twitch streamers' content. Twitch has added an "opt-in" feature that is, predictably, on by default. We recommend that you opt-out of this feature if you stream on twitch to prevent your content being used to train Generative AI. Stay Creative, Stay in Control!

Though their privacy policy is very vague on this topic, third party research has shown that Bytedance-the company that owns tiktok-is using content posted on their platform to train AI. In an attempt to catch up with other platforms’ usage of AI, they are scraping for content at a much faster rate, and in much larger quantities, using the scraper bot Bytespider. There is no way to opt-out of your content being used to train their AI, so it is best to avoid it.
